Lounge Access

Lounge access is reserved for Elite Plus, First and Business Class customers flying on a same-day international flight operated by a SkyTeam member airline or transferring between flights (domestic or international) operated by two SkyTeam members.

Customers traveling on domestic flights must have an itinerary comprising a transfer from a domestic flight to an international flight or a domestic flight to another domestic flight, followed by a transfer to an international flight.

Entry time at the lounge of your departure airport will be a minimum of 3 hours prior to departure of your flight.

International First and Business Class passengers, as well as SkyTeam Elite Plus members traveling in Economy Class, enjoy complimentary access to more than 750+ worldwide member lounges. Eligible customers must be traveling on a same-day international flight operated by a SkyTeam member airline or transferring between flights (domestic or international) operated by two SkyTeam members. Entry time at the lounge of your departure airport will be a minimum of 3 hours prior to departure of your flight.

  • All international First and Business Class passengers traveling on a same-day international flight operated by a SkyTeam member airline or transferring between flights (domestic or international) operated by two SkyTeam members have access to a lounge.

  • Customers traveling on domestic flights must have an itinerary comprising a transfer from a domestic flight to an international flight or a domestic flight to another domestic flight, followed by a transfer to an international flight. Present your First or Business Class boarding passes to the lounge agent for validation prior to admission.

  • SkyTeam Elite Plus members, regardless of travel class, can enjoy access to a SkyTeam lounge if traveling on a same-day international flight operated by a SkyTeam member airline or transferring between flights (domestic or international) operated by two SkyTeam members. Customers on domestic flights must have an itinerary comprising a transfer from a domestic flight to an international flight or a domestic flight to another domestic flight, followed by a transfer to an international flight. Present your First or Business Class boarding passes to the lounge agent for validation prior to admission.

  • SkyTeam Elite Plus members can invite one guest who must be travelling on the same SkyTeam member operated flight, irrespective of their preceding and any onward flight.  

  • To help deliver a more relaxing pre-flight experience for eligible Elite Plus, First and Business Class customers on departure, a 3-hour lounge access will be introduced at more lounges. Elite Plus customers transferring between two SkyTeam-operated flights will continue to enjoy same-day/24-hour access at the point of connection.  


  • Lounge access will be provided only at your departure airport and not on arrival, unless you are connecting to a domestic flight or other qualifying international flight 

SkyTeam Elite Plus members can invite one guest in the lounge. who must be travelling on the same SkyTeam member operated flight, irrespective of their preceding and any onward flight.

Pets are permitted in the lounge if allowed by local laws. The pets must remain in carriers while in the lounge. Service animals are permitted subject to local laws.

Yes — as a SkyTeam Elite Plus member, you are entitled to complimentary lounge access even when flying in Economy Class, provided that: 

  • You are traveling on a same-day international flight operated by a SkyTeam member airline. 

  • You present your Elite Plus frequent flyer card (physical or digital) and boarding pass at the lounge entrance. 

Note: Some local lounges may have access restrictions based on space or specific agreements. Always check with the operating airline or SkyTeam lounge finder before your trip. 

Lounge access depends on your travel class and frequent flyer status: 

  • First or Business Class passengers on an international SkyTeam-operated flight have complimentary access to the lounge, regardless of frequent flyer status. 

  • SkyTeam Elite Plus members traveling internationally in any cabin (including Economy) on a same-day SkyTeam-operated flight are entitled to lounge access. 

  • Guests: Elite Plus members may invite one guest, provided the guest is also traveling on a SkyTeam-operated flight the same day. 

Note: Some discounted Business Class fares may not include lounge access. Please check the fare conditions when booking.

Yes. As of April 1, 2025, SkyTeam Elite Plus members enjoy access at select domestic lounges when traveling on a SkyTeam member airline, even on domestic-only itineraries. 

Domestic lounge access will be available at selected lounges of SkyTeam member airlines. Please find the list of domestic lounges accessible today.

SkyTeam and its members plan to gradually widen domestic lounge access to more lounges in the future. 

SkyTeam lounges are generally intended for use prior to departure or during connections between flights operated by SkyTeam member airlines. 

Lounge access upon arrival is not offered. Some lounges may allow access for eligible passengers arriving on long-haul international flights, particularly in Business or First Class, but this is not a standard SkyTeam entitlement. 

We recommend checking with your airline or the lounge team directly upon arrival for availability. 

Other

SkyTeam does not manage reservations for lounge access. In order to book entry to the lounge or to change your reservation, please directly contact the airline, lounge, or booking entity.

No pre-booking is required for entry into SkyTeam-branded lounges.

Please contact the airline that manages the lounge you visited. For SkyTeam-branded lounges, please contact the lost property office of the airport.

We don't have a specific dress code, but we do ask that travelers wear smart casual attire that to ensure a comfortable lounge experience for all customers.
